Wintry view out of my office window.

We didn't get a chance to get a real tree this year, so we borrowed the artificial
tree from The Gathering Place Coffee Shop.  It looked great, Lily approves!

On a walk with Buddy at the Historical Village, the bunnies taunted him beyond endurance.

  My sweet Feisty.

Pouty puppy - we're only one month into, "no exercise season" and he's already tired of it. Beautiful Feisty, helping me with my morning workout.  Every morning.  And clawing holes in my mat. :-)

Buddy during, "Keep him on a leash" season, which is anytime the ice on the lake starts to melt.

After my morning workout, then I switch it to Cat TV - it's a big hit!

Beautiful morning Precious Feisty enjoying her turn in the "marshmallow" bed.

Blue sky days are always photo worthy in a Montana winter!   And the ice is still too soft to let the dog roam free.

Aubrey has the ball at the far left.  As a sophomore, she played a lot this year.

The majestic house dog, surveying his domain with a noble air.

Braden has the ball on the far right of this shot.
It was his senior year and he was 6'5" tall.  He played a LOT!

The Casazza Section: Eric, Jeb, Lucas, Mark, Rose, and Dan Sr.

Our buddy John has a huge collection of T-Shirts like this.

After a visit to Larry's house one day this eagle just sat in the tree and
stared at Buddy & I as we drove past.  He was probably wondering if he
could snatch Buddy right out of my car window.

Christmas at Jeb & Amy's house.  The place was rockin' with friends & family & food.  Dan Sr. and Tracie looking for a quiet corner.

The TV room was full as well - everyone was happy that Dillon could join us this year.

They look like they just got caught doing something onery!

I stole this photo from Facebook.  These guys used to sit at the bottom of the stairs at my OKC gym
every morning and heckle whoever passed by.  Here they are with my friend Stacie.  I love them all!
We had a beautiful frost one morning which I tried to capture here.

Each frost crystal looked like a little flower.

Our favorite view of the lake.

I'm not much of one for sweets, and not a fan of cake.
Mom made me some coffee-cake muffins, trying to
find something she could put my birthday candles into!
A trip to Westville!   Here I open birthday gifts on the morning of
Christmas Eve.
Brodie doing his second favorite thing, "wallering" on Desirae.
Fishing is his very favorite thing.

Patch looking beautiful as she helped me open a present.   Shortly afterward, we started assembling the giant piles of gifts that make up a Morton Christmas.

Brodie, behind his giant wall of gifts.   Modeling his new Ghillie suit.

We went after-Christmas shopping and Mom offered to treat me to any lunch I wanted - so I
picked Indian food, of course!  I was super happy but Mom pretty much starved.

Mom, modeling a saucy hat that featured rhinestone pom-poms.

Desirae got this mini-tent for her cats, but Patch tried it on for size.  She's too big!   Family outing to do some Axe Throwing in Tontitown, AR.

Next we went to the air museum at Drake Field in Fayetteville, AR.    They had all kinds of cool things in the air museum.

The building itself impressed me, this hangar was built in the late 1930's I believe.

Inside a "flying banana" helicopter.  Not much room to stand up!

The "flying banana" helicopter as seen from the outside.  It was originally developed for arctic rescue,
but was sent to be a troop carrier in the Vietnam War.  Unfortunately, it didn't perform well at all in the
hot climate.  Not the Army's finest moment.

Mom, Dad, Desirae, Brodie (on the helicopter stairs) and Keith (off to the right). A tiny British tank.

A belated Christmas gift for Mom.  Since she makes pen wraps for EVERYONE and had taught
me how to do them, I wanted to make one for her as well.

The next day Mom treated Desirae and I to Immune Boost IV treatments
while she enjoyed the massage chair so much that she napped in it.

Now we are visiting at Casa de Bloomer in Gore, OK.  Chewy, the pony-sized dog helped to clean
up the scraps from our Christmas dinner.

Ron sent this gift from Eureka, MT compliments of The Branding Iron Butcher Shop.

Shopping again, we needed this jacket to go with that hat Mom found last week!

Saying our farewells at the Tulsa Airport

The view out of the airplane as we land in the Flathead Valley in Montana.  That looks like a lake but it's the low
cloud cover that makes winter in Montana so depressing.  I wouldn't see the sun again for at least a week!

There had been a big frost on the morning before I landed.  It made
even Wal-Mart parking lot look beautiful.

Jeb sent me this blurry picture from Eureka.  Both Carson and Buddy
wanted Eric's lap and neither were willing to back off!

While I was away, Eric composed and performed this beautiful
piece of poetry
for me.  Thank you Jeb for capturing it on video!
This is the look he gives us anytime we leave him behind at home.

Now you know why I generally take him everywhere!!
